a dreamy escape

perfect location huge selection quiet area
The location was PERFECT, just steps from the main square. the breakfast had a HUGE selection. i found quiet areas in the lounge. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the clean room. I felt pampered.
I DID notice some wear and tear in the bathroom. The fixtures felt a LITTLE dated.

underground access great range
the underground car park proved very convenient. it offered direct access to the hotel, a definite plus. breakfast had a great range of foods and drinks.
I found the piped music outside the room a bit loud. It played until late.

fantastic location respectful staff varied selection uncomfortable mattress temperature fluctuation single beds
the location was fantastic. i found the staff to be quite helpful and courteous. the breakfast spread offered a delicious and varied selection.
the double bed in the room was like two single beds pushed together. both mattresses had noticeable dents making them uncomfortable. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated significantly going from hot to cold unexpectedly.

wonderful stay

central location comfortable room
the location was central to everything i wanted to see. the room was very super clean and cozy. i was also very grateful for the takeaway breakfast since i had to leave before regular breakfast hours.
the staff member did not apologize for her mistake. she plastered my name and car registration all over the hotel. two used bathrobes were in the wardrobe when i checked in as well.
